Decisons, Decisions

How do you go about making decisions? Do you make snap judgments and go for it hoping that all will be fine? Often decisions made in this way are directed by the Ego searching for power and control. These decisions aren’t always loving and sincere with the good of everyone in mind. We can find ourselves doing something we later regret and there may be no going back.
When we feel angry, hurt or upset we can easily take what later turns out to be an inappropriate action. This can cause much hurt to ourselves and others and tie us to the past as we mull over things which we cannot change.
A few moments quiet to still the mind and slow down our thoughts can make so much difference not just to the present but to the future as well. As we stand back from the situation and link up at a Spiritual level we can gain insight and guidance which will be in tune with whatever is right for us. Our decisions will be more loving and more appropriate. We will be able to see more clearly what the possible outcome of a particular decision is likely to be.
This time spent will not be wasted but if you allow your ego to rush in without thinking you may waste an awful lot of time in the future wishing you could turn the clock back.
The answers are always within but you have to spend time searching them out.
